I don't think he gave specifics, did he?

I think we could see a Co-OC or "passing game coordinator" that helps redesign the offense.

They love Ensminger calling plays for some reason, but our offense needs some serious redesign. Sullivan was supposed to help with that, but I don't think he added much. Our route trees continued to be 1990's Cam Cameron NFL routes.

We need more quickly developing plays, pistol formation plays, screens, etc. We try to for spread/4 wide, but we make Burrow take 5-7 step drop backs and they take too long to develop.

Might as well let O sink than go to this. I just assume if someone is going to be Co-OC with Ensminger theyre going to be on similar level as far as coaching success.

100% overhaul with a completely new set of coaches who all know the offense. That's how this gets done. Any spot fixes are going to give us more of the same IMO.

I think Ensminger is a great playcaller he just needs someone to come in that will modernize the plays that he calls. Just look at what he did with Cam Cameron’s playbook.
