Its certainly not great.
I'm not intending to downplay this. He should be suspended. But I wouldn't call it "brutal".

Pretty brutal anytime you push a woman, kknow a woman down, she hits her face on wall, and then go over and kick a woman whiles she hurt on the ground. Pure trash. He needs to be dealt with.

he was in a scuffle that pushed a dude into the chic. The kick was nothing in terms of attempt to actually hurt. He's in some shite. But nothing "brutal" about it.
