Do I need to fear for my life?

I know this is long but worth the read...
So I rush to Kean's this morning to drop off a suit and a couple of sports coats for dry cleaning. The reason that I went to Kean's is because they have the in by 9 out by 5 service and I need my stuff before Monday for a series of work meetings next week.
I give the girl my clothes and she checks me in and hands me a receipt saying that they won't be ready until Monday afternoon because they are backed up because of some Wednesday dry cleaning special. I tell her this is unacceptable they have a same day policy and I need my stuff. She proceeds to shove all of my clothes in my chest along with a receipt and tells me they can't do it. I throw the receipt on the ground and tell her that they have lost my business and I will be contacting the owner with a complaint. She starts cursing me out and tells me to never come back and as I pull off she picks up the receipt and runs after my truck and throws the receipt at my back window.
I'm pissed but headed to Welsh's Cleaners because I know that they do same day service if in by 8:30. I get there and notice that the girl at Kean's didn't give me the pants to my suit. So I go back to Kean's and walk in and this girl has some guy on speaker phone and he is saying "tell that MF'er he is a dead man. I am going to kill that MF'er". Other things were said and I can't remember. I tell her that I don't want anymore trouble I just want my pants as I see them laying over a laundry basket. After some arguing she finally gives me my pants and I go back to Welsh's and even though I am late at this point they agree to get them done today.
Since the Kean's people know my name when I checked in it would be easy to find my home. Do I need to worry about some thug shooting up my house? Should I report this to Kean's management which I would think would result in the girls firing and as a result inflame the situation to where maybe this dude shoots up my house where he would not have if I didn't report it? Should I just leave the situation alone?
