I am not trying to bash Kean's as I have been a customer there for 15 years and never had a problem before today.

Or you drop them off and they let you know at 5pm that they won't be ready till Monday.

If you call mgmt and complain and cause the ghetto queen to be fired, the statistical probability of your house being involved in a drive-by increases exponentially.

It's the way she delivered the message. Had she communicated it in a clear intelligible manner then we have no problem.

Calling corporate would have gone a lot better for you than confessing on TD that you made such an arse of yourself at the dry cleaner’s that you think they are going to kill you.

Dude I don't know what kind of pharmacy you run or where you run it. But when I worked in retail and service industry while in school we were taught to treat the customer with respect and the customer was always right.
I was kind of freaked out when I first posted this because it just happened and I wanted to see if folks thought this was a legitimate threat or if the guy was just popping off. Chances are he was just popping off but you never know. Could I have handled it better? Yes. But at the end of the day she should have handled things better and it would have never happened. Am I going to complain to management? No, because I have some fault here to and I don't want to see someone get fired before Christmas.
