"These crimes were not crimes before Mueller"

One of the clearest pictures I have heard from anybody.
All of the charges by Mueller (save the Manafort things from decades ago) would not be crimes had a SC not been set up.
In other words, there would have been no traps of perjury.

What crime are they investigating? After 30 mil and 2 years, it should be at least named by now?

I would hope the SC isnt looking for any, but rather reporting crimes as they come across them.

Not only are they looking for them, they are creating them.

Right. The issue is, that this can go on forever if they like. The mangling of Corsi’s testimony is a prime example of what they are doing.
At what point is Mueller held accountable for the scope and intent of the investigation, or will he be allowed to entrap people for another 2 years on matters completely unrelated to Trump/Russia collusion?
My big issue with all of this is the stark contrast between the insane scrutiny of all things Trump by the SC versus the “anything goes” treatment of Clinton by the FBI. If lying to Congress is a crime, than go arrest Hillary right goddam now!

See, this is the "rub" for many, including me. A Special Counsel should be investigating an underlying crime. In other words, in order to even establish an SC, there should've been an alleged violation of a specific statute at the very beginning. Then, the SC should've been charged with investigating that alleged violation. Within the scope of investigating that specific violation, other crimes could reasonably be uncovered, investigated, and prosecuted.
However, in this instance, there is no specific underlying crime to justify this circus. There is no statute prohibiting "collusion." No prosecutor should have the power to just go digging around to see if he or she can find a crime...in fact, no prosecutor does have that power, yet here we are.

No. You are in no way committing perjury right now. You are committing no crime.
Let's put a SC on you and ask you where you were on Jan 8th 2014. If you get one thing wrong... You lied.
Was what you did on Jan 8th 2014 a crime? No. But you lied to the SC per the SC.... Per you.. you just can't remember everything properly.
Now... the SC is simply going to pressure you to admit you lied or they are going to take you to court and that means they will investigate WITH THE WHOLE WEIGHT OF THE FEDERAL GOV into EVERY aspect of your life and you better hope we don't find so much as a little cheat on your taxes.

1- That was not his mandate...
2- That's not what he's doing. He is creating perjury traps and it speaks VOLUMES to what he does not have because he is having to result to these things.

Yes. They are charging them with the bs stuff like perjury and obstruction. T bjj pse are the fall back charges when they can't get you on something real.
If you honestly think Hillary and team could not be brought up on similar charges then you are foolish.

As the Revolutionary Regime evolves, so will the Law, particularly Criminal Law.
At some point, you'll be prosecuted for criticizing a policy of the Regime.

Of course. The culmination of the trend is obvious.

Same song and dance.
Nixon was going to be impeached because he lied to everyone trying to cover it up.
Bill Clinton lies to Congress and was impeached on perjury.
That’s all these investigations ever are. Perjury traps.
They’ll try the same with Trump. I hope he was careful in his written answers
