Washington St is not going to be ranked ahead of us. It makes zero sense

Wash St has less losses. Wash St is #2 in the PAC. LSU is #4 in the SEC

Fiesta Bowl is simply not happening

CFP says they look at the total body of work.

They dont give a shite enough to bring 20K fans down. We certainly do not want go travel to Tampa. Outback wouldn't be so dumb. If this were a 10 win team against a 10 win Michigan, okay. Sparty is about as good as South Carolina and they are ready for hoops. We do not want less than a NYD6. Outback should go for Aggies vs. Nittany Lions. Way more folks.

I doubt that either the Citrus or Outback want any part of LSU. We don't travel well to Florida bowls and Michigan State is an uninspiring opponent. If Alleva and the higher ups in the athletic administration want any Tiger fans to attend the bowl game, they need to get on their knees and pray for either a Fiesta or Peach bowl spot.

I agree but I am starting to grow weary of the Peach as well. Since 96, is it 5 appearances? Great venue.

The big prognosticator for USAToday said that LSU wasn't even top 40 or perhaps a Top 50 team when we were ranked 24th to start the season.

Nuff said . . .

I haven't had a chance to see the new Mercedes Benz stadium, so that would be cool, and there are plenty of hotels and restaurants within walking distance. I also think we'd bring a decent crowd, if we draw an interesting opponent. I'm not sure how many Tiger fans would travel to Tempe, simply because it would cost more. That said, going to an entirely new venue might boost ticket sales.

LSU will be ranked ahead of Wazzou again tonight.
There is literally zero reason for the committee to flip them above us.

Florida really shouldn't be ranked ahead of us, given body of work. But they probably will.

Both Fla and LSU will be in NY6. Will be battling Penn St for the final spot. Wazzou I think is out.

Fiesta vs UCF or Boise.
Florida to the Peach.

It would be a damn shame if the the 10th ranked team doesn’t go to a NY6 bowl.

You mean the school which hired Nick Saban before we did?

The very one. They were boring with Perles, Saban, Bobby Williams, etc. He did nothing spectacular there. Got beat by the lame duck he replaced. Was notorious for pulling off the big upset and shitting down his leg the following week. Wow, I think Mich st is boring and you give me Saban? Let it go, man. Maybe go listen to some break up songs.

You wanna play Fresno or Boise in Atlanta? Yeah 5 peach bowls in our last 20. NOTHING to gain. Might as well play Houston in the Furniture Bowl. The venue in Atlanta is the only appealing aspect.
