They tried to choke that game lol. Props to going for the win at the end (and actually executing unlike some other attempts at that we've seen this year).

Tulane has broken a lot of tendencies this year. This is a game they would have lost every time in the past

Been making steady progress each year, but we were missing killer instinct. That's why we choked against SMU last year.
This time we bounced back, took the lead, and the defense closed the deal. Hopefully that carries over.

Which bowl will invite them? Not every team with 6 wins gets an invite.

I don't know the tie in situation for the other conferences but it wouldn't surprise me if the New Orleans bowl goes for a Tech/Tulane-UL Lafayette matchup. Those would probably be winning combos for them. The 2013 Tulane-UL game had 54,000+ in attendance.
