They will release feel good numbers like Trump disapproval, democrat approval, caravan approval and Kavanaugh disapproval.

This literally means nothing without context. I think the country is headed in the wrong direction cause everyone has become too soft. Other people would give other reasons. It's a stupid answer for a poll.
I was about to say the same thing.
For example, I voted R today because I "think the country is headed in the wrong direction."
I suppose CNN would assume I voted D.

quote:For me, the best part was their refusal to call FL. CNN refused to make that call until literally 100% of the outstanding votes in Broward, PB, and Dade Counties would not be enough to close the gap. King just kept going back to those counties with 90%+ yammering about their population size, then turning back to Wolf with a whipped puppy face. All as west FL was obviously still rolling in.
the best part of Trump-night 2016 was watching Wolf Blitzer nervously point all over the map trying to help John King find ANY state

They are confused about good economy results but country in wrong direction results

Just quickly slipped in that 70 percent say healthcare needs change. Some clown arguing that is bad news for Repubs.

This is great. It's the same 2016 circle jerk echo chamber

CNN - the perfect REVERSE barometer

Let’s put it in context.
They said #2 was immigration at like 28% followed by the economy at like 21%.
Not for a second do I believe the economy ranks 3rd at 21%.
CNN being CNN

The Republican party is as good as dead according to CNN commentators. Even Tapper and Cooper had to remind them that no polls have closed YET.

If that number stays the same for the next year, TRUMP will demolish the Dems in 2020.

That's 49% Red right there on those two issues alone. I bet they won't leave that up long enough for anyone to do the math.

Maybe, it depends on what false flag events they can dream up and how much traction those get.

Politico already hedging. Headline: Did Beto blow it?

Economy answers make sense. 68% say economy is good and only 21% think its the most important issue. Means most people are now working, got a raise, and some got a bonus, so they arent worried about it anymore.

I interpret the economy as far broader than anything remotely related to the government. Currently I interpret the direction of the country in regards to the political division and toxicity, but after 9/11 or the housing crash I probably was thinking of something different.

quote:Jeb (Bless his heart) underperformed badly for his brother in Florida.
I remember telling my mo that I did not believe that Gore had won because the vote tally was still too close and the Panhandle had not been fully counted
He thought he had delivered FL by 1%-1.5%. So W's team was caught badly off guard as unexpectedly high SoFL turnout piled in for Gore.
To his credit though, Jeb at least knew he should still get similar levels of turnout in the panhandle.
Networks had NEVER reported results on a state before all precincts closed. That all changed in 2000. Not only did they report FL results, they intimated FL was done. I believe a couple may have even called it before west FL polls closed. There is no question whatsoever West Florida votes were suppressed by that maneuver. Probably in vicinity of a couple of thousand.
Jeb (Bless his heart) whined about it that night.
But as Florida flipped, it took Jim Baker and W's Big Boys to convince Ailes to call the election early the next morning for Bush. That move by Fox was critical. It was no more fair than what the other majors had pulled earlier in the evening for Gore. But it certainly was no worse.

I took up for exit polling earlier. I change my mind, these folks are too corrupt to run exit polls. They'll end up slanted. Bernie won according to the exit polls so there's that
