So because joe doesn’t throw a ton of TDs (mostly from conservative play calling in the red zone and lack of burners at WR), we can’t say that our QB this year is better than Etling was in 2016?
No one said our QB was better than tua, just that he’s better than what we had in 2016.
I feel like anyone who has watched any of our games would agree with that assessment.
But don’t mind me, keep letting stats be your only measure of a QB.

Russ is the only caller they've had in that doesn't live in a state of confirmation bias.. These guys saying Bama is going to run trains on LSU in Tiger Stadium have no facts/ evidence to back it up. All they say is this is a different Bama team and continue to disregard the fact they've played no one on LSU's level.

It is just a given media mantra that other teams are beating themselves and not LSU beating them. They all predicted LSU as a middle tier program this year and in spite of evidence to the contrary, just keep massaging the interpretation to fit their initial belief. Its hilarious to watch this...

After listening to this, it's obvious Bama (at least the fan base) is so full of themselves that they believe their own hype.
They believe that knocking out middle weights in the 1st round has prepared them for a 12 round fight with us.
They've forgotten what happens in Death Valley, and have zero respect for our team.

Haven’t listened yet but last week a radio show in bama tried to say Russ was out of his mind for thinking it would be close. Might even be the same guy.
