Remember everyone to prep the vocals this week whether be yelling in traffic or at kids. When in the stadium flex the butt cheeks and push with the diaphragm. Gotta make their ears bleed.

No standing on defense. Have some respect for the elders.

On the contrary, Celine Dion doesn't speak on the days of concerts in order to preserve her voice. I encourage this practice instead.

The elders can stand with everyone else. Sit during the 400 commercial breaks..

And remember to go loud as possible when they're going into the huddle so tua has a problem communicating the plays...

Whiskey and Honey. Works every time. I'll need it this week with LSU Alabama then the quick turnaround for Saints Rams as well haha. Biggest games of the year no holding back!

I know your joking or at least clearly the "elders" just recite lines such as "Stand right up and roar" and not actually do them. I'm gonna stand up and I dont give a frick who is behind me.

Agreed. If anyone needs a few squat reps, it’s the elderly...at least once every other year.

Paraphrased, but...

"If you're timid, don't enter the stadium!"

-Joe Burrow

Wish I could go because I bring noise when l yell. If anybody wants to cheer with someone who yells like a madman the whole game, find me some tix!!!

I have plenty of respect for the elders, especially those who stand on defense

I’ll be up every 3rd down. We sit in the corner of the south endzone and there’s always some real bitch asses in the south corners who think they’re at a fricking ballet.

Yes, yes it is. Sitting with the body bent at the waist restricts breathing "down" with the diaphragm.

There is a reason that choirs perform standing up and not seated.
