If I were Aranda...

I would run a ‘big nickel’ defense that moved Delpit up to the line on most plays and put our next best athlete back in Delpit’s spot at safety, maybe Ed Paris... Without creating pressure we can’t win. If we can get our playmaker (honey badger 2.0) in position to be disruptive we have a chance.
Without Chiasson we need a plan to generate pressure. I think this might work.

He’s gonna run that crazy defense from madden where everyone stands up and the O line is so confused man.

So you want a nickel package with smaller athletes on the field against Alabama?.. this is where LSU fans are getting it wrong, make no mistake Bama is going to come in and try to out physical LSU. I don't care how dominant Bama's passing game is they are going to come in ready to pound the rock.. guarantee it

Man to man with the DB’s...exotic blitzes...balls out...nothing to lose

Getting Delpit into nickel back gets our strength to the line and reinforces that they need to pass. We need to shut down the run but *maybe* also have the talent to play D against the pass.

I know he hasn't thrown an interception but I've seen him force a few throws that he got a way with. Pressure helps but disguising coverages will be the key to force Tua into a turnover or two.

Adapting the Dale Brown "freak" defense to football.

Aranda knows more about how to attack this Alabama offense any of us do. I’m not worried about it.

A better strategy would be for White to wear Queen’s uniform for the first half and then switch back to his own jersey for the second half

We need Delpit to actually play safety against Tua to eliminate the deap threat.

He should get a freshman to massacre Tua on the first play, walk over to the referee, say "Now that was targeting" and then head straight for the tunnel.
But he won't because he has much more class than I do.

You're getting downvoted but a Chavis mustang package could get pressure. And we desperately need to generate a pass rush
