Jerry Jeudy 6-1 192
Jaylen Waddle 5-10 177
Henry Ruggs III 6-0 183
DeVonta Smith 6-1 173

No other WR has more than 4 catches all year.

Now, obviously they are good, fast, and have a great QB throwing to them. I just thought it was interesting how small they are. They're beating people by just running by them and getting separation. They're not posting up like Julio Jones or Calvin Ridley. One thing our DB's have always been known for is not allowing much separation. Even taking off the P&G glasses, this is going to be a fun matchup to watch - their WR's vs. DBU.

Battle is going to be a complete liability in this game.

he isn't terrible in coverage, but if he has to try and tackle them, he is probably going to miss

He may be slower than our other DB's, but he's got pretty good instincts and Aranda will assign him to things he can do, like robber coverage or manning up on Irv Smith. I doubt you see him in man coverage against one of their 4.2 40 track stars.

reminds me of UF receiver profile especially in the urban/tebow days. They are fast as shite and have great ball skills, hopefully we can lock them up.

Let's hope not. Smith is OJ Howard level athletic. He will eat Battle's lunch if he's in single coverage.

It will be a huge challenge. They are also all very physical for their size, not to mention, they are burners that can make you miss

I want Battle over the top of Jeduy if Vincent is covering him. Sort of a double team. They no doubt have the fastest WR’s I have possibly ever seen. All 4 of these guys are incredible WR talents, and Irv Smith is a top notch TE.

Don't get me wrong, Alabama has proven to have a very potent passing attack in their elite receivers and qb. However, watching their receivers go against the secondaries that they have faced is like watching 5-star HS recruit highlights against little kids.
Will be interesting to see them go up against as elite of a secondary that we have.

No kidding. With Bama's burners at WR I'd rather keep Battle deep and let Delpit clean up anything underneath.

Ridley wasn't a "big" WR and didn't make plays based on his size.

It's not like he's going to be in single man coverage with these guys

At least I hope not

Smith is a good player but he is not nearly as big or as athletic as Howard.

Good point. The best defense Tua has faced so far is Mizzou and he was 12/22 for 265 yds, 3 TD, 0 INT.

Mizzou does not have a good pass defense.

Mizzou allowed the South Carolina QB to go a very similar 20/35 for 249 yds, 3 TD, 0 INT.
Mizzou allowed Jake Fromm to go 13/23 for 260 yds, 3 TD, 1 INT.

How much Tua's eye-popping stats are a product of schedule is an open question going into Nov. 3rd.
