Not if the fence is on the outside of the pole it isn't. It might look pretty on the outside but it defeats the purpose of keeping the dog in. Think about it.

The price of the wall is nothing compared to what we spend every year on truly stupid and unnecessary things. The wall actually has some merit. I'd prefer we go through the budget and start hacking rather than talk about how expensive a wall is.

I maintain the most effective plan has to involve employers.
If you make it a felony for mgr to hire one for your Corp or partnership no one would hire them.
Does this make more sense than walling in 12 million who don't belong here?

I'm not against fences...but liberals are...so they should lead by example how open boundaries work with neighbors.
If they have a pool, they have to leave the fence up for child safety...
