I'm at Walmart and do not see them. Do most grocery stores carry them?

Subtle “I’ve moved on from Sears.” reference noted.

Just about all grocery stores do. Check the Asian section.

You gotta go to the Panko store to get the real ones. The grocery stores sell cheap knockoffs.

I've seen them at Albertson's, next to the regular bread crumbs.

Yes, even Walmart. I think Progresso makes one easily found. Usually near flour, cake mixes, cornbread mix. Possibly next to fish fry mix. Occasionally near the bread section (rare, but I have seen them there). Also sometimes they have other brands in the Asian food section.

They're right between the "Awareness of One's Surroundings" and "How the frick do You Remember to Breathe?" if you need further help, maybe you put that "Too Stupid to Ask a Nearby Human for Help" back on the shelf and look for the "Ask an Employee of the Store You're Standing In, not the OT, frickstick" instead.

It’s sad when you have to put a question mark behind it.

A real man makes his own bread crumbs.

Especially Panko, because it requires electrocuting the frick out of the bread.

ETA: This is about the point where this thread got moved. Note the marked increase in civility.
