DBs don't like to get hit, plain and simple. There is not a more physical WR in the game, so of course they are going to bitch about him. He does little to avoid contact and seems to thrive in initiating hits.

I will say looking at it without any Black and Gold glasses on he gets up after every catch flexing his muscles at the opponents sideline. Doesn't matter if it's for 1 yard or 50.
