How fricking crazy is that woman or any woman to pin rape on someone. Put her in jail.

Consensual or not, A foursome with 3 brothers involved is just weird, even by Vegas standards.
I mean people from that part of the world arry underage girls, involve camels etc so does this surprise you? The girl would probably be beyond humiliated if the video leaked. I'm guessing she was probably attractive but they probably didn't pay the agreed upon money and she got pissed

The charges could have been dropped for many reasons. You are only hearing from the defense attorneys who is claiming it was fabricated. Let's wait and see what, if anything, the prosecutor says about why the charges were dropped.

x4. You accuse 4 guys of this, you get 4 separate sentences
Alternatively the 4 men get to take her to Vegas for a weekend of "rough sex"

Toughen up on this law. It's the only way to stop the madness. They should also have to incur any legal fees the accused had to pay out.

Such a terrible idea.
Those guys risked life in prison or 20+ years based on a lie. So 5 years is equitable for a potential 20 year sentence? Frick that noise.

Police arrested Badkoobehi of San Diego and brothers Sina Edalat of Porter Ranch and Poria Edalat and then released them without bail. The woman reported it to security and was examined by sex assault nurses. Her bra was torn in front, matching her account of a struggle. Physical injuries were noted in areas which matched her accounts of forced sex, the report said.
From a previous article. It's damned good thing they filmed that shite. Otherwise they would have been hung from the gallows. What a terrifying story

So the guy in the bottom right, who is named in the article, Ali, is actually at LSUHSC-Shreveport doing the rest of his medical school before going off to do residency in New York. The video evidence is not them running a train on her.

So, who's gonna pay the lawyers?
And why isn't her name released? She is the criminal!

Here is her original version of events:

I guess someone needs to post that "I am here for the gang bang" meme.

The woman told police it happened at the Wynn hotel and casino this past weekend. The woman says she met a man at a hotel bar, and went up to his suite for more drinks.
That's when the man allegedly tried to pull off her pants.
Another man, who was naked, walked out of a bedroom, and according to the woman, forced her to perform oral sex.
The woman says during her struggle with the two men, two more naked men came from a room. She says she was forced to perform a sex act and was sexually assaulted.
The four men are now facing charges of sexual assault and first-degree kidnapping charges.

Throw the book at her. This guilty until proven innocent, “all women need to be believed” bullshite needs to stop.

The problem with most cases is that the result of a court case is not that the woman wasn’t raped, it is just that the state failed to prove that she was, so her story isn’t that she wasn’t, just that she couldn’t prove it. The only way that the woman is liable is if she finally admits that she made the claim knowing that it was false. And in civil court I guess, but all she has to do is file bankruptcy and it’s all washed away.
The only answer is to convict them in the court of public opinion. Blasting them on social media in the same way they do their victims. This shlt is receiving backpressure from all the false claims, but it will never be enough or equal. These people are worse than the real rapists for desensitizing the rest of the world to real actual rape.

And whats worse, is that I bet there was a huge writeup about the accusations blasted all over for the world to see. And now that all charges are dropped, a person will have to search long and hard for an article showing this and it will be a small writeup if that.
The first I saw about it was the exoneration article, on the "front page" of a National News outlet's website and being talked about on a message board. I'm guessing that by "long and hard" you mean type it into Google?
Anyway, they should have named the accuser.

Agree completely. Defense attorneys lie. This woman is being burned at the stake by 90% of the posters here. And they wonder why rape accusations are so damaging.

They have a fricking VIDEO that proved it to the District Attorney. That is pretty convincing.
