If there will ever be a school that can rise up athletically and become anything whatsoever, it's probably ULL. Maybe Tulane. That pains me to say because it should be Tech but they don't seem all that concerned with it.

Given the location, it should be Tulane but Tulane is not even a little bit interested in doing anything in athletics aside from putting a team on the field

It really is a shame that Tulane`s athletic programs are so poor. If they ever got their shite together they could do work considering the fertile recruiting area they are in.

Besides the golden era of Ragin Cajuns football (2011-2014) Tulane has pretty much kicked the shite out of ULL. The Wave owns a 22-4 lead in the series.
