Conflating race with religion is silly. Religion is a collection of ideas that one can choose to believe or not. Race is an immutable characteristic
if the Koran was not a religious book but was instead judged merely on the ideas that teaches, no rational person would not recognized that someone saying they believe in Islam was just a little bit scary
I know I know we're going to have the people that bring up the Old Testament. Will let me just tell you as an atheist that that's a silly rebuttal. It's silly because whatever flaws the Bible has if someone says they are Christian then they are saying they follow Jesus Christ and good luck finding anything Jesus ever did or said that you find objectionable.
Meanwhile someone who follows the Koran is following the teachings of a truly horrible and vile human being who did truly horrible and vile things
