Why are overweight white liberal women so anti-male, anti-white, bitter/grumpy?

This morning at work, one of my co-workers (she is a left-wing woman, voted for Hillary for president in 2016), started yelling at us and said the same thing Sen. Hirono from Hawaii said, about men should shut up and listen, she told you that we are complicit Republicans (half of the workforce I work in are either apolitical or swing voters).
She said that white men should not make any more children. That white men should have their sperms frozen.
She blamed me and my other co-workers for Christine Ford's "rape".
I don't want to sound offensive, but why are overweight white liberal women so miserable, anti-male and antiwhite?
They have white brothers, white fathers, white husbands, white co-workers, what's their problem?
She said that white men should not make any more children. That white men should have their sperms frozen.
She blamed me and my other co-workers for Christine Ford's "rape".

It's a small business. The owner did not arrive to work today until 10am.
Me and my co-worker have the keys to open the store in the mornings, and she is the first to arrive other than us.
