when people through their actions tell you that they are willing to portray you as a rapist just because they dislike your ideas. When they tell you that they would happily ruin your entire life and let people think the worst things about you by trotting out Liars at some point you have to recognize that these people are not just people who disagree with you politically.
People need to wake up and recognize that Kavanaugh is not alone. He's just some guy they've decided to destroy. They would do it to you too. They would do it to me. They would do it to our family.

Since we’re tossing out investigation fantasies- how bout this:
Allow confirmation hearing to proceed. Agree to allow FBI to investigate the accusations, interview witnesses, (including people who have known her, former students, etc) look at all social media, everything. Sessions will decide which FBI agent’s take the case- bc that’s how things are now handled in the DOJ (see 2016).
If evidence of a sexual assault is found, Kavanaugh steps down from SCOTUS. .
If no evidence of the alleged assault is found, Ms Ford agrees to serve the same amount of time in jail as someone who was convicted of sexual assault.

She took a lie detector test. That doesn't prove anything, but it better than if she didn't or wouldn't take one. The fact that she didn't report it, which most on here think is the end of the story, is not that unusual (and there have been 2 women named who have said she told them in the past she had been attacked).
Let me ask you this. What fricking difference does it make if anyone believes her or not at this point? If they both come in and tell their stories, everyone will have a lot better idea then if she is telling the truth.
