I seriously don't think I could make it through college in today's environment. I would either be lynched or thrown out. Not sure which.

I say the same thing about the military; hell when I retired in '99 I hated the direction it was going and I couldn't imagine it being what it is today.

Unfortunately my career did not end before the transgender briefing.
It isn't quite on the trendline it was during the 90s, but pretty bad from 2009 to 2017 - that was a rough stretch.
I've had the pleasure of serving under 6 Presidents (and will not see a 7th in uniform). 3 of them were great commanders-in-chief. 1 was inconsistent - world class one day and iffy (at best) the next.
The other 2? No comment.
