I’ve got around $5K in Livewire so far (around 125K shares) and my kid has 250K shares, though his are currently restricted shares. They’re still waiting on their state license and some city permits in certain areas, but things will snowball after that. They have so many pieces in place with completed and in-process acquisitions of Mojave Jane, Sacred Biology, and Alpha Creations (medicinal products already in over 200 stores). They have one greenhouse up and running in one location that is being leased to a non-profit while Livewire awaits their state license. They are part of the huge Coachella Brands complex that is currently under construction and already have their Coachella city permit, and have already dropped some pods on site. They’ll primarily be a supplier of clones at the Coachella site and have 169 different genetic strains. One pod can house 25,000 clones. They have 4 greenhouses (not up and running yet - again, state license) that can house 75,000 clones each. Clones can fetch $10-20 each. They are also awaiting a permit at a 3rd location 100 miles away from that site. They have a couple excellent horticulturists, and the lawyer shepherding them through the permit process, Omar Figeuroa, literally wrote the book on cannabis law in California. They also have the “7x pure” blockchain purification tracking process that all of Coachella may end up using. And to top it off, they recently signed sports legend Jimmy Connors as a spokesman. There have been several similar companies that went from pennies to over $10/share - one even hit $13/share with ZERO revenues. Livewire is such a bargain right now.

They’ll be a seed to sale operation. They’ll have their own nurseries/greenhouses, the extraction process via Mojave Jane, the manufacture of products (muscle rubs, oils, edibles, etc.) via Alpha and Sacred Biology - and they’ll be supplying large-scale growers via their clone sales. The big cultivators don’t grow from seed - they buy clones from an outside source because it allows them to grow 6 crops per year instead of 5 (if they grew from seed). Just off of their 4 greenhouses and a couple pods, they’ll have the potential to crank out over 300,000 clones per month.

Hold your shares long term - they’ve been dragging arse on press releases and keeping investors up to date on some things, and a simple tweet of certain news will double the share price in a day. And don’t panic and sell in one of these dips like it is having right now (great buying opportunity). Don’t be tempted - hold long. I’ve seen one projection of over $2/share a year from now. I’m not basing my faith on that, though - I just personally think they are going to explode because they are making all the right moves. And I’m sure Jimmy Connors did his due diligence since he is getting paid in stock.

Rowbear, how did you hear about Livewire? What prompted you to invest?

Kind of on a whim. Read an article about them (not near what you just described) and figured why not throw a few hundred dollars on it and see if it can become anything. After hearing that, I may drop some more into them in the next month or so

Thought this was a good time to bring this quote from page 1 back up

Dude your first post in this thread starts off pumping bullshite acquisitions that have been worthless outside letting Mojave go to a company that has actual cash. When challenged you would squeal the terms of the acquisition (to this day we still do t know the terms for 2 of these) are irrelevant. Yet it was your opening volley as it showed they ‘have so much in place’. How much revenue has come from this in the almost year since acquisition? Oh yes, no idea. Except that it is immaterial.

You then talk about leasing to a non profit as they await their state license. What are they waiting for now?

You said they dropped some pods - that was wrong - they dropped one. When 8 months later they finally pluralize it - almost a year after inferring they were starting with several - you applaud it is ahead of schedule.

You state a pod can hold 25000 clones. You atleast walked that back your self. And 3 months of a pod generated ... well we don’t know except it is less than 45k at most.

4 greenhouses? What is the status? Not as important as a vacation house.

Excellent horticulturists? lol. Based off what? What happenned to Bunyard - McKays precious clone venture? He could t make it but under flipping Bill it will be magic?

7x doesn’t exist in any real form.

Then you throw down $10 a share - $10 billion company.

When they can’t uplist like any idiot can - you blame the government.

When they don’t get adult distribution- only medical you say that is all they need, like it is 2008.

You talk penny stock but your very first post talks about doubling off one tweet.

Point being - I know you disagree with all this and have triple down on Bill - but you can surely see why those who listened to you early are spooked.

If the plan was heavy dilution, debt, a vacation home and the pods not generating anything In the Three months (while they pumped pre orders and exceeding demands) of first operation - the. Yes they are on track.

Otherwise they have shown zero ability to generate cash flow and Bill continues being Bill - like he has for a decade.

I could be wrong and you could be right, but if you seriously can’t ‘understand’ why some want to bail - that is a you issue and not them.

Enjoy the vacation home - seems completely legitimate.
