I asked in the other thread but didn't get a response, how much down there is owned by the parish vs the state vs fed? Just looking at the map you've got a state WMA and a NWR that take up big chunks of the marsh. Is Plaquemine's saying they call the shots on this land?

There has been a huge problem in some of the spots of people "claiming spots" and the boat traffic in a couple of spots is really out of hand...
if you can contact me on back channels I'll send it to you.
parish has no say so on NWR or WMA land.
