The 2K sports games were really good. NBA 2k2 especially. Rosters are a bit outdated though.

While I'm thinking about it, the Virtua Tennis games are fun too, even if you don't give a crap about tennis. I don't, and I thought they were a lot of fun.
And of course, Soul Calibur. One of the greatest launch titles of all time.

If you like shooters Unreal Tournament(although without friends to play with you won’t get the full experience has bots though) and Soldier of Fortune. If you can find the light gun attachment get house of the dead 2 and Virtua Cop 2. Sports games besides the aforementioned 2K series Virtua Tennis(best tennis game ever created) and NFL Blitz(also best enjoyed with a friend who you can suplex into the end zone). If you want a fighting game Virtua Fighter 3.
