You have issues then. There’s nothing weird about watching it. It’s a 6 inning baseball game between different states and countries. No more to it than that, unless your mind is thinking differently. It shouldn’t even be a concern. Maybe you feel guilty about something?
I especially enjoy athletic events when money is no object and international competition is at stake. It’s pure. There’s been some incredible web gems for this age group btw. The Olympics are great and I even enjoy the World Cup, yet I hate soccer.
