Do you actually believe Dominos is supplying the equipment and labor as well as insurance and liability to go around filling pot holes?
I wouldn't think so, but like I said, I would be curious to see how it works out. They could contract someone to do it. It's filling a pothole. I doubt they will be doing big jobs. They just need some asphalt, a truck to deliver it.. And a small pothole is a one man job.
The amount it cost them to do this might be worth the advertisement, I don't really know.

Sorry Mingo, but he is correct. You just can’t go repairing city streets on your own—they don’t belong to you.
Tell me, in all your wisdom, what if a domino hired employee was injured repairing a NOLA city street? The chain of lawsuits would be monstrous.
And what if they somehow puncture an already fragile, aging sewer line or gas line doing such repair? Who is liable?
That is why Dominos is giving the city grant money so the city can do the work and assume all liabilities.

Hey man, OP is the one who asked how many potholes Dominoes fixed.
What, are they delivering pizzas in cement trucks now? Sheesh.

Hey, I was just responding to your remark about unions. As if you thought that was a legitimate obstacle in this marketing strategy.

How bout you post a valid rebuttal instead of just being a keyboard warrior.

You can’t just go around doing construction work on City steeets without a contract.

They could fill a million in Jackson alone

They're giving grants to cities to fix potholes. You could've looked that up in less than 5 seconds. However, even if you didn't you have to be a complete tard to think Dominoes would and/or would be allowed to perform a public service like that.

I think some homeowners caught the ire of the city for doing pothole repairs on General Taylor a few years ago.
Not for doing bargain work, but for possibly making it worse. Which is hard to believe.

Once again, you prove in your posts how little you know about how things in everyday life work.
You seem to show this ineptitude in many of your posts.
Then when proven incorrect, you start cursing at posters who prove you wrong.
You are an abysmal idiot.

You're being about as dense as the people saying the shite I'm saying, but with sincerity.

Says the guy that thinks a pizza company is performing public works without a contract.
Eta: and the guy that clearly struggles with reading comprehension.

. I give it to dominos, it's an innovative marketing idea, but it seems like there would be a lot of red tape involved.. But then again, I guess they can just show up on location and it doesn't take long to fill a pothole.
And whenever they do it, people will take picture, post in on Instagram and FB and that's even more advertisement for them.
I think this is what Mingo was saying was absolutely wrong and impossible
Dominos is not performing this work without permission or a contract from the city. They simply aren’t equipped to do so. For you and OweO to think they are just shows how ignorant you are
