There were people watching the scrimmage. It was bad as the stats showed according to them.

These coaching changes along with the signing of Burrow warrant at least a "wait and see" attitude and outlook towards the season.

Refreshing to still see the occasional rational post around here.

That's my feeling as well and basically the same outlook as the people labeled as negative and haters.

Well, some (like Sammy) can be labeled negative.

I don't see a reason to think this team can't be improved from last years team. That should be the expectation. Orgeron hired the assistants he wanted, it's his team and he's 100% responsible if expectations aren't met.

He plays to the situation. Passive aggressive.

I totally agree. I do hope we get Ingram back soon, like real soon. I'd feel a lot better about the line. I expect an improved offense. If burrow is the player we hope he is, could turn into a really good offense.

I’ll agree I am Negative right now, but I am open To having my mind changed.

At this point though, O and E need to do something to change my mind. As of right now, I see O as a coach who can only recruit and will mess around with stuff when he gets nervous. I see E as a play caller who can dominate weaker teams but can’t outscheme a team who can limit our big plays, and had the talent to equal our offense.

And I think it’s 100% reasonable to believe that till they show otherwise.

And honestly people who believe otherwise right now are just hoping for the best and not thinking critically.

Keep trying to push that if you like, but you're going to find yourself in the overwhelming minority. You seem so quick to call people trolls, but that's exactly what you're doing here. Just stop projecting and try responding to any of the many positve posts that I make or the ones where I agree with you.

I honestly don't see how anyone could disagree with this. IMO, too many people are always negative or always positive. Each situation deserves it's on merit and opinion. Nothing any coach does is one or the other.

It's hard to have good passing stats when the receivers are dropping all of them.

This is pretty stupid actually. You have no clue why Canada was fired for one, and two we have a ton of new faces on offense. Spoken like a true 18 year old though. And for the record I think the offense will be improved in many areas.

So when O’s offense is worse than Canada’s, he’ll blame it on new faces, right? Glad you’re already setting the low standards and coming up with the excuses, he needs all the help he can get with that

Also the “spoken like a true 18 year old” comment tells me you lack the intelligence to have a coherent argument without name-calling

What game makes you think E will outcoach any elite defense?

Do you have any actual evidence of this?

What’s your opinion on E and what are you basing that opinion on?

What do you think O brings to the table Xs and Os wise and what are you basing that belief on?

You can believe differently than me, but I just Have no idea what you’re basing it on.

I think It will be better.

Better QB.

I think O is more likely to let E do it his way which is always a plus.

But I see it being better overall but I am Concerned about it being the kind of offense that can beat a good defense.

I'm sorry he allowed guice to both fumble AND go the wrong way. Also sorry he made special teams mess up a chip shot fg. You got me. That sorry arse E.

Every play is won and loss based on the performance of the players. i.e. Miss blocks, drops, fumbles, running the wrong direction, etc.

If youre never going to blame player mistakes on coaches, they will never be responsible for the performance of the actual team as a whole.

in short, guice fumbling is 50% on the coaches. Guice going the wrong direction is 90% on the coaches.
