That was before he became a racist and stole the Presidency from Hillary. As a Republican of all things.

You’re not surprised Aretha Franklin hung out with a Nazi?

The question assumes that Trump is a Nazi. To my knowledge, he is not.

Are you speaking from authority, when you assume that he IS a Nazi?

You "play devil's advocate" more than some of the liberal posters on here.

Good God.

Come ON, Trey. The dimwit OP (one of the dumbest posters on this forum) was clearly trying to convey the impression that Aretha Franklin was a political supporter of Donald Trump.

I am aware of ZERO ecidence to support that idea. Yes, I took him down a notch.

I hate to participate in a derail, but when slow little Parmen calls me out by name. I suppose that I must respond.

“Conservatives” have trouble grasping the concept thet they represent only one of about five distinct wings of the GOP ... including a significant libertarian wing. (Though it is hard to keep a straight face using the terms GOP or “conservative” when describing a 2-time Obama voter like little Parmen.)

I am a libertarian (small-L, not LPA) who has voted almost exclusively GOP for my entire adult life. You know, like Goldwater and Buckley. Not a difficult concept to grasp for anyone with functional neurons.

It appears that she was. She may not have vocally publicly endorsed him, but it appears she liked him.

Do we have any proof of her endorsing HELLary?

Hold up--why do you insist on calling me by my real name on here? I don't really mind it--plenty of folks know my name irl, and I don't really keep it a secret, but you call me "Trey" more than "Tbird" on here. Odd.

Or just pointing out a prominent black celeb who had no problem with Trump before his political aspirations.
That was the point you missed. Intentionally, I'm sure

Such a try-hard statement I'm sure this is what you think you're doing to people on here every day. The truth is you're just intentionally cantankerous. Which is fine, I guess--that's your schtick. Might as well own it, though.
