Sept Showdown... The U vs LSU

Hi I"m a new poster. (UMiami Alum/Current Grad student)
This game right here excites me. (I'll be there a day in advance to go hard with my fellow Canes)
You want a minor league NFL game on a empty sunday, who better than the U and LSU (with the southern drawal)
Greedy vs Ahmon (somebody going to make/lose ALOT of cash with that matchup)
I'm at the Hecht (UM athletic center daily), so I'm pretty much in the know about our team. I'm here to offer ration.
Believe when I say LSU better be really ready for this one. This isn't the same miami of the past 15 years and believe me, it isn't the same Richt. No matter what anyone says. This season will show it. Miami has serious offensive weapons all over the field and our OL (despite what people think/posted who don't know) is VASTLY improved from last year. Rosier still isn't "Great". But believe he will show that night that even he has improved. Our defense is no joke. Great DEs who can beat you with everything (look out for Joe Jackson 99/97 Garvin hall. You'll see them on real sundays soon. They are STUDS). Our LBs/DBs are big time strength. KNowing CFB and following the tigers, I normally expect stud Defensive players and no matter what I know LSU defense going to travel and NOT LOSE the game. The problem LSU will face and you guys will see in no later than by the halftime, is your offensive line is a power base OL. Miami biggest issues if any is when we face a offensive line with five athletic quick guys to counter our quickness. THat's why clemson did what they want. ND who had two top 10 picks at OL and we beat them with speed. You can't overpower our d-line. It plays into our hands. And I believe it will on the sunday of the game. LSU biggest trumpcard if you will will be if Burrow can beat us with great accuracy under direst from the pocket. If LSU QB is able to not be confused by our blitzes and torch our secondary under direst (like wisc/clem/pitt) did, you'll win. And you'll have to do this to beat miami. I guarantee Miami offense will be potent enough through the air/ground to mustard 24 points 100%. It's a book it. I think LSU would fair much better if this game was midseason. Unless Burrow is a all season steal at QB and will be a conf performer, he won't survive without giving the ball away. Miami kicking game is not a plus. It's really bad. We have a true freshman with a power leg but iffy accuracy. He won't make a kick in this game. 28-17 LSU scores a late 4th quarter TD to make it seem closer than it was. Miami is a 11 win team this year. I think LSU is just a notch below. Coach O really has not kept up with the recruiting that Miles/Saban had. LSU last year opening day wins this game against miami. This year, no dice.

Duress. Duress. if the qb is under duress.
Hey, man, it's great that you are enthusiastic about your team. I expect a great game.
1. I believe you underestimate our defense.
2. I understand no respect for our offense because it is an unknown. make no mistake - Joe Burrow is the real deal. we have some outstanding receivers. if the oline can hold up, we will move the football. I believe they will do enough to give Joe and our Rb's time and holes.
3. it is a must win for us.
Geaux Tigers!

Wait....you're a current grad student at Miami?
When is the last time your professor read one of your research papers?

Lol!! We will still win by 10-14. Miami is not a concern for me IMO!!

For honest assessment. I don’t expect Miami to have more than 7 on the scoreboard by halftime.

This game says nothing about the U, win or lose. You''re not elite anymore. Has more to do with whats Lsu future holds.

The University of Miami is a top 30 rated university in the country. Far higher than LSU in nearly every academic field. I'm using an old acer with slow service at the moment. So some words don't come out correctly. But trust me, you don't want to have an academic argument between the schools. UM is second to only Stanford in athletic graduation rates. (:

Before you think your offense is going to score 24 points on LSU, I suggest you research the following:
Devin White
Grant Delpit
Brieden Fehoko
Rashard Lawrence
Glen Logan
...and Dave Arranda
(there are more, but their coming out party will be against your Canes)
You really think all we have is Greedy Williams?

Not lately. It's been a long summer. I'm a little rusty. But I'll gladly email you a few from last semester

Every season we have neutral site 1st game opponent/bowl game posters from the other team come here to yap it up. We’ve had a a lot of different teams Oregon, UNC, Wisconsin etc and there’s always a few d-bags from each group. Thus far every single Miami poster has been a complete tool. It’s impressive honestly.

YOU REMIND ME OF THAT JAGOFF last year from BYU who ran his mouth here and got his junk pushed in against us.

Devin white, and the big bodies you guys have in that attacking 3/4 is documented. I don't expect anyone to dominate LSU unless it's on the coaching. (Which with O/not aranda) can be the case. Miami just isn't going to be held to less than 20pts by anyone this year. Our offense is potent. You'll see.
