After the drive into the lateral water hazard.
Saw some comments on Twitter that he grounded his club in the hazard.
I cant seem to find video of that particular shot to go back and see. Anyone notice this or have a definitive answer?

He didn't ground his club. The club was hovering on the top of the grass which is legal. You're club can be on the grass or rough or whatever, it just can't be resting on the ground.
