I’m so excited for the future of the braves. I love the relationship he and Ozzie have. We’re in special times, boys.

Sure looks like he's fallen off to me.

Keep being obtuse

That's Lester's MO. He jacks off to anti-Braves porn into his Cubs handkerchief.

My buddy played in the Angels organization last year and when we went to see him Acuña had just gotten moved up to AAA. He said he was by far the best player in MILB and could be better than Trout.

Angels AAA-Salt Lake
Braves AAA-Gwinnett

Those teams are in different leagues. Dont play each other.

Or maybe if Acuna has JUST gotten moved up to AAA his buddy saw him play AA.

Angels AA - Mobile baybears
Braves AA - Mississippi Braves

Both in the southern league.

Plus I’d assume it’s more likely this dude was watching a minor league game in Mississippi or Alabama rather than Georgia or Utah

Nice try detective

Acuna is the better base runner and is a lot better than Soto defensively. Bwar thinks Acuna is the better all around player and Fwar likes Soto more than Acuna. Soto is an amazing hitter but he might be the worst OF in baseball.

Let’s see if he can hit as many HR’s as Yankees rookie, Kevin Maas, in 1990. I think he hit 10 in 80 AB.

ETA: 10 HR in 72 AB

Not sure why you're responding to me. . I hate both because I'm playing both in Fantasy this week.

Acuna>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Soto.

And it's not close either. At all.

I read that as he didn't get to see Acuna because he got moved to AAA, but his buddy played against him in AA.

He never said that his buddy saw Acuna play. He simply said that, when he went to see his buddy play in AAA, it was around the same time that Acuna was bumped to AAA and his buddy said that he was by far the best player in MiLB.

That's it. It's pretty easy when you actually read the post.

This whole debate is kind of silly and pointless. They are both phenomenal and will likely both be absolute stars. So we should probably just appreciate both and let it play out.

But what leads you to conclude this? Juan Soto is a 19 year old with a .301/.421/.547 slash line. He has nearly walked as often as struckout. Likely will have the best offensive season of a teenager ever. Acuna is awesome too. I have no clue which one will have a better career and neither does anyone in this thread.
