Mark Meadows on Twitter: "DOJ official Bruce Ohr will come before Congress on August 28 to answer why he had 60+ contacts with dossier author, Chris Steele, as far back as January 2016. He owes the American public the full truth."

So what are the chances he actually tells the truth (since Q said they have all the information), or does he lie like a cheap rug.

Another arrogant windbag. I'm guessing he and his Fusion GPS wife never once discussed Chris Steele or the dossier among themselves.

Propriety forbade it.

Unfortunately, nothing will happen to them in this lifetime as long as they are part of the deep state swap. It is hard to fathom how none of these crimes and criminals are under investigation, while Meuller is on a fishing expedition, looking for a Republican crime to investigate.

Ohr has been demoted so many times over the past year that he might show up for the hearing in a janitorial outfit.

Hopefully this means hearing will be open.

However, without Congress's ability to interview Steele, one of the foreigners Hillary colluded with, and without a DOJ willingness to even fire Ohr, much less charge him, little will come of the Congressional probe.

Ohr can lie with impunity, as did Stzrok, as did Holder, as did Clapper, as did Lerner before she engaged in an invalid 5thA claim. Lying under oath before Congress carries no punitive consequence.

Compare lying to Congress, with the mere accusation of lying to Mueller. Get accused of the latter and be prepared to lose your house defending the mere accusation, before being financially reduced to falsely pleading guilty as opposed to subjecting your family to lifelong financial destitution. Get charged with contempt of Congress and . . . . nothing. No consequence whatsoever. Nada! Zip!

In fact, getting charged with contempt is viewed as a positive, and perhaps even the basis for launching a POTUS campaign. Mueller's malignance and Congressional benignity are the two extremes. But in terms of Stzrock, Ohr and others, Congress damn well better figure out how to enforce its perjury statutes or it will end up looking like a more inept clownshow than it already is.

Absent enforcement, Congress has nowhere to go except variations of feckless. So until the DOJ is forced into appropriate legal action targeting perps in this thing, our Congressional dog-and-pony show will remain nothing more than a sickening pantomime.

All in advance of the mid-terms.
