Nah Stephen, that’s not true.

Fulton only has himself to blame on this one. Take the emotion out of it.

If he had just taken the test and failed it he would be eligible to play today and we wouldn’t have a need to ask for reinstatement or preferential treatment. Unlike your hypothetical, that’s an objective fact.

If he played for Bama it would never have been reported to the NCAA to begin with. The NCAA has no power to do anything unless you're stupid enough to turn yourself in.

That's true, but the fact that the NCAA goes easier on many of the blue bloods is undeniable. Bama in particular.

Wasn't this an NCAA administered test?

Probsbky but this one is pretty cut and dry.

Did Fulton attempt to cheat on a drug test? Yes.
Is there a rule in place for attempting to cheat on a drug test? Yes.

We can argue that it’s too severe but that does nothing to help the situation.

He would be but it wouldn’t be because the NCAA. Their compliance directors are probably normal guy. Not some pencil whipping little bitch that let a little bit of power go to his head.

If he didn't try to give a fake sample, he'd be playing.

Nothing will help this situation.

Our staff didn't educate the players properly, because they themselves didn't know the full extent of the penalty.
Fuxked up is what it is.

agreed.

If Fulton played for Alabama, no one would be arguing for a reduced penalty. They'd be crucifying him for being a cheater.

Hypocrites.

Maybe, maybe not. However, this issue is about poor choices and individual accountability.

Bleacher Reports, BAMA caught moving a player from one high school to another so they can control his grades, NOTHING HAPPENS it's bama! Janitor gets caught giving money to Bama players, he's fired end of story, IT's Bama! Cam Robinson in Monroe, well you know the story ,nothing happens, IT's Bama then The rest of us.
