Miami message boards have some gold in there

"I like it, he was recruited as a 4 star RB coming out of HS so he's still learning, sometimes the beast way to neutralize an athletic freak is to go right at them."
We can only pray for this game plan. Many of them predict to score over 24 points on us. If we are as good as predicted to be, we might only have a couple do that all season.

That guy nailed that part on accident. Also Miami is such a soft fanbase. They got to act tough for about 2 decades because of how the team acted but those days are long gone. I hope we annihilate them. Easily one of the most annoying fanbases.

Classic case of "i looked at a recruiting profile and made gross over exaggerations"
White played LB and RB in high school, his transition to LB in college was easy, hence why he had 30 tackles his true freshman year, then 130+ last year

Most fans don't watch much film on other teams, just rehash things they've heard. In this case, there is a Devin White piece on Walterfootball.com that mentions he was recruited as a running back and may still have some things to learn, but also mentions that he is the best LB in college football which is terrifying from a potential standpoint

In honesty, I don't expect to score any more than 24 points against them, but I expect that our defense holds them to a couple field goals. I really like what our front 7 brings to the table.

"Let's run right into their strength",... did they hire Les as an offensive strategist? D. White was an incredible RB, and that is why isn't watching the running backs per say, but he actually sees the holes that they see and beats them to it. Looking for a Great year from D. White.
