Read some stuff on starting testosterone supplements after 35, just wondering if anyone has any experience or warnings

Go to the doctor and get your level checked out. If it is good, then great. If not, then ask about supplements.

I’m 48 and my T level was at 288. Doc said is should be 700+. Had 10 BioTe pellets inserted into my hip. Levels now are well over 1000 and I feel pretty good, not great like I’m 18 again how some reviews I read. Mainly my energy level is higher. My main draw back is that I’ve had a couple pellets work their way back up to the skin and came out. Dr reinserted a couple new ones on the opposite side. Oh, and they weren’t cheap, but it beats injections, cream, and patches.

I wouldn’t waste my money on them. Adequate sleep, good nutrition, staying lean, avoiding alcohol, and intense workouts are the best “natural” boosters. If you’re concerned about low levels, go see a doctor and get labs drawn.

OTC boosters are 100% bunk. Go to the doctor if you think you might have a legitimate problem.

Low T centers today are like pain clinics back in the day. Some are legit, but a lot are money grabs. Find the ones that are legit.

Keep your fingers crossed that you don’t increase your chances of heart disease, stroke and prostrate cancer for starters..and be prepared to take them for the rest of your life..agree with the pain center analogy

Be sure to see what the effects of LOW testosterone are. It's worth getting your levels straight. I think more men have low T than you'd think. I've been on shots for years. Aging isn't fun.
