I’ve seen other major stadiums do this and it looks very good. Do y’all think we could stripe the stadium purple and gold?

Downvotes coming, this is stupid, I hate LSU comments. I’m prepared. Give an honest normal answer why or why not it could work.

What’s next, you want LSU fans carrying Pom pom’s the back pockets of their cargo shorts to become a thing?

Why aren't Pom poms used by fans at games? I remember a gold game everyone was given them and it looked great. I still have some but never took them to games.

Pom Poms are cool too but on this board they’re gay and stupid.

If you ask these people that’s a bama thing even tho half of the SEC does it.

we need to do something to wake up the stadium: stripes, shakers, towels, whatever. The loudest stadiums in the country have towels or shakers: Penn St, A&M, Auburn, Bama, Tenn, Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson (sometimes)

Vs Auburn
Back in the hay day of Tiger Stadium, also when this board didn’t crucify every idea.
One of my favorite pics.

Pretty sure Grambling has tiger striped sections. Looks like crap.

What can't you understand? Jimmy has worn the same purple shirt to game day for 10 years and they've only lost 12 games. You don't mess with that kind of success for some silly idea like a gold game.

Striping is just a turrible idea, but why not alternating colours of raiment worn by attending fans. I've seen this at Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan and other Big 10 schools whereby one bloc of fans wear one of the school's colours, and the adjacent bloc wears the complementary colour, and this repeats throughout the stadium. That would be so cool, IMHO.

If they weren’t so cheap and would spend the money to load the boxes of shakers at every entrance like they do at Bryant-Denny, people would use them. I don’t give a shite what you old geezers think, shakers are cool.

BAMA, Penn State, Auburn, Ole Miss, Georgia, Michigan, Arkansas, and others do it for big games.

Any game that’s prime time on TV or has that 2:30 CBS slot, should have shakers. It looks badass in the stadium and especially on tv

Comparing a Grambling striped stadium to a possible LSU striped stadium is apples to oranges dude! You’ve gotta be joking

I know these ideas are cheesy but I like them. I always like how Tennessee coordinates the checkerboard in the stands. It would be cool to do something like that with tiger stripes.
