What is something LEGAL now that younger generations will wonder how it wasn't illegal?

Meaning, something that is legal now and young generations will say, I don't know how that was ever legal. It seems obvious to have always made that illegal.

Hands free driving is the obvious choice.

1) Giving hormones to kids to transition into a different sex. This will be seen as we currently see the lobotomy.

2) Once we're able to genetically grow meat, our treatment of animals. I do think people 200 years from now will be fairly horrified by the concept of a slaughterhouse.

Driving.

When self-driving cars become ubiquitous and accident deaths plummet, governments will basically make actual driving illegal most instances. We are looking at about 25-30 years but its coming.
