I understand a kid or someone playing sports being all jacked, but what’s the OTs thoughts on 30 or 40 something’s being all swole up just to walk around an office all day? Honestly, it looks stupid.
I understand someone being fit, but why would an adult want to look ‘big’? Clothes don’t fit right, they look out of place, and frankly, look worse than if they were just the average dad bod.
