So when will BOS start sending "signals" on our Athletic Dept. Leader?

The "No Action" on Cleo may have been the first signal.

I think the next agenda-meeting will be in December, right?

We'll know other stuff by then, I am ready for change.

Let the games begin!!!

BOS...LSU Board of Supervisors

Cleo...LSU WBB HC was not extended at mid-year meeting

It was the first board meeting with the newly appointed members, and I may be giving our governor too much credit.

I got it on good authority that Alleva ain't going anywhere and will announce the building of a new Pmac in a location close to the river on LSU property in the near future.

I would say the vast majority of LSU fans are and I personally have been since 2008.

Our new BOS appointees tend to be more LSU people than some of the Jindalistas on the BOS. I look forward to next June with even more LSU appointees coming form JBE.

The only logical explanation for Ed O existing as LSU’s HC beyond 2018 is that the boosters need more time to accumulate funds for a top flight AD (Scott Woodward) and a too flight HC...

The buyouts?

He's tied at the hip to O. No way they let Alleva hire another football coach if O flames out.

What is so hard to understand about Alleva's future being tied to Ed Ogeron's? Nothing will be decided on either until this season (and possibly next) plays out.

JBE appointed a builder, an Oil Company executive, and an engineer among others. He also appointed a Republican lawyer who ran for governor in 2003. He did NOT reappoint Stanley Jacobs.

LSU people ought to thank the governor for those appointments.

Of course. He just lowered our taxes by extending a temporary increased sales tax at a slightly lower rate.

What's not to love?

I've only been to one open meeting, about the $282 increase, and the new BOS is a breath of fresh air.

Those dudes lit in F.King like a motherfricker.
