Dip your finger in it and smell it. Then again, if you don't already know this, you won't be able to tell if it is actually from your radiator. If it has no smell, it is not from the radiator.

Open your radiator or the overflow container and smell that and compare it to what is under the car. If they smell the same, you have some sort of coolant leak.

To find it, run your car until it warms up and pressure is built up in the coolant system, then look for leaks.

95% chance that the drain line from the air conditioner was stopped up and eventually dumped while sitting there.

5% some kind of coolant leak developed...but that wouldn't be likely at all. the coolant system is under pressure while you drive, but no pressure after it cools off, so it likely wouldn't start leaking while under no pressure.

For a dumbass who can’t figure out where fluid is coming from on his vehicle you sure are acting like a prick.

"blinker fluid"

Or it could be the muffler bearings leaking

Winter is actually the most likely time. Rubber gaskets getting brittle and such. Also, low water level freezing and cracking the plastic.

Only had it happen once.

Water pump

LSUEnvy could be right. Some water pumps have a weep hole that will leak once the pump loses it's seal. The seal usually fails due to the bearing going bad. Depends on the pump. The water level in the radiator is higher than the weep hole, so water would gravitate out. Vehicle doesn't have to be running.

I just had my water pump and thermostat replaced last week. Symptom was a puddle of blue fluid underneath the engine.

Since it was fixed I have been monitoring for leaks and there is nothing. Not even AC drips.

Is it common for the AC not to drip?

100 degrees, desert so no humidity if that matters. AC is blasting ice cold.

AC drips condensate. No humidity, no condensate.

Thanks. If it's the water pump I'll probably replace the timing belt while they're in there.

I cranked it and let it idle for 15 minutes. Coolant reservoir was almost full. Thermostat opened up. Drove it about a mile and never overheated.
