Running is the best stress relief/mood booster I’ve ever come across by far. The high is real. Not that I was bad off by any means prior, but I’m in the best shape/healthiest I’ve ever been. Physically and mentally.

5k this morning. 15 seconds off my PR despite drinking, being at a 14 inning baseball game, and having the steepest hill I’ve ever run up in a race. Not bad.
