While not as impressive as Donut's 3 mile PR, I ran a 12:48 2 mile at the St. Patrick's Day race. Still pretty far off from my lifetime PR but the fastest I've run since college. Went out at 6:30 and negative split it. A few more months of consistent training and I should be getting back into the groove of things

Who all is running Crescent City Classic this year? I’m excited as this will be my first time running it. Hope to see some of you baws out there
