Without self doxxing, I ran a good race for myself. Earlier in the week I had it in my head to run a 7 min first mile then see what that left me in the second half. Kind of on a whim I decided to go through at 6:45 instead, and still had enough left to negative split. Less than a month until the CCC so I'm right back to work this week
