The problem lies here. How can it be proven that the bias influenced his decisions? It's nearly an impossible task. I believe it did influence his decisions, but I just can't see this going anywhere. The only way would be if he referenced one of his decisions in his email / text alongside his bias, which there is no evidence of.

One thing we learned today is that emails written late at night really don’t mean anything. These fricks can spin ANYTHING!
I cut off the victims head and then smashed it to pieces with a sledgehammer but since i did it ‘late’ in the evening you shouldn’t look at that at being excessive and I certainly did mean anything by it since it was so late. I certainly wouldn’t do anything like that during the day. So I really don’t know why we are talking about this innocent incident.

I met Elijah Cumming about 10 years ago. I actually liked him personally. I disagree with just about everything but, I cannot speak ill of him as a person.
