Hot Homemade Rolls!

The other day while at Restaurant Depot I picked up a package of fresh dry yeast. Also got a cake of yeast too.
This morning I decided to make a batch of homemade bread/rolls.
I love using a new package of yeast! This dough rose fast and high.
After the rolls had risen.
Right out of the oven!
I had to grab one and slather some butter on it.
