Okay but how did letting your opinion be known stop the barking? Was this only going on because you were too much of a passive bitch to say something til now? Or did you poison your neighbors dogs and just aren't telling us?

It started with their oldest dog. Annoying, non stop loud barking. Went to house and told them enough of that. They start keeping it inside more. A few months later their 2nd dog takes over the job of non stop barking outside.

About a month ago, the dog was barking not stop all weekend and it was obvious they weren’t home. Told them about and they apologized saying “dog sitter” wasn’t doing her job and dogs just come and go through doggy door.

Not much changes after they come home. Since they couldn’t figure out the solution I told them to keep both of them inside (in an unpleasant tone). They probably think I am about to come unhinged.
