4 eggs
Pulled pork 6oz
3 bacon pieces
8 oz whipping cream
Lunch:
4oz andouille sausage
1 very large chicken thigh
Dinner:
3 eggs
6oz Jimmy Dean regular sausage
~2775 calories
Carbs: 11g_______1%
Protein: 144g____22%
Fat: 226g_______77%
Lots of meal prep done last night as well for the rest of the week.
