I swear every morning i wake up and turn on the local news to see some accident on 75 causing a major delay. It must suck to have to drive that everyday.

There's been a wreck on 635 every morning for the past 17 years

Yeah, was planned until 5 am Monday but I actually used it Sunday afternoon. Wasn't sure if they had postponed or they were that efficient

Actually the flow of traffic in Dallas on your average day is amazing. Especially in comparison to other cities.

The infrastructure here is well built for it.

They're saying the "High 5", a major connector of highways and directions between North Dallas and Central Dallas, might be shut down for rush hour as well...

Thanks to all the BR traffic talk on here, I now only stay in Port Allen when traveling westward through BR and need to stop for the night.

Nightmare

There's no way out other than side roads where every other pissed off person will be.

Glad I work at home

Only the Poors and TH03 take 75.

The rest of us take the Tollways.

We technically have 3 ish.

Someone posted a traffic map earlier. People can get around that parking lot fairly easy.

I like the title before I read that an accident caused it. Reads like some dystopian story where people forgot they can actually walk places rather than having to get in a car to go anywhere. "The horror, people actually walking to nearby places!"

BR should stop complaining.

Not BR, but I have fished off the basin bridge when traffic was backed up

I don't see them doing that.
