re: What's the Poli Board's honest feelings about this immigrant kids situation?

Not really. Many were released with a "court date" and never seen again. And, that someone previously took one approach to the law does not compel his successor to do so. Changing the LAW is the compulsion.

Cut the crap. Remember those famous pictures of the kids in cages? Why were they suddenly taken off the air? Because they were taken in 2015. Who was the president then?

No, however, he changed it to this shite sammich. He has to choke down the shite sammich, or decide he is changing policy
looks like he is leanign towards the change. Abandoning his base.

So what law are you referring to?
LINK
Here you go.
Brief overview: Court decision allows the federal government to "hold" families of illegal migrants crossing the boarder for no more than 20 days. The children are minors and cannot be prosecuted for a federal crime, but the parents can. IE, the children are "released" while the parents await trial for the crime.
Keep in mind, all of this outrage has stemmed from a photo taken during the Obama administration. This stuff hasn't just started over night. It's just now being brought into the limelight because Trump is the president and left wing of the political spectrum will do ANYTHING to paint him in a negative light.
I'll ask the same question I did in my original response. What happens to the children of jailed criminals in the US? Why should we treat migrants who break federal law any different than we treat our own citizens? Where's the outrage for those children?
ETA: Your so called "right wing propagandists" only said the picture was taken DURING the Obama administration. Not that the law was put in place under him.
RESEARCH is your best friend in these situations, not CNN, NBC, FOX, CBS, Huff Post, Wash Post, or ANY fricking news outlet. Look it up, read, and make your own determination. This is what's wrong with the country. Not Donald J Trump. That, and lunnie tunes pulling their NuvaRings out and throwing them on Trump's star on Hollywood Blvd. (yes that actually happened, look it up)

Unaccompanied minors who crossed without parents.
Y'all seem to have an unlimited capacity for lies.

it appears the administration is caving. So they don't like the sammich, even if it is eggplant parm and not shite.

You are flat desperate to turn a Trump voter or two. Of course, that's entirely what this whole ridiculous Kabuki dance at the border has been about since the first Obama-era picture started making its rounds.
You can stop with your bullshite, no one is buying it.

trump voters aren't switching their horses midstream.
But they do respond well to pokes to the head.

Sadly you never responded well to getting dropped on your head as a child.

I think it sucks that kids are being taken from the parents

So Obama put abandoned children in dog kennels for no reason? You just said these laws were new.
Why would he do that?

As soon as you accept a worldview that doesn't logically require you to feel or act compassionate towards every other human simply because they are human, it makes this topic much more simple. The moral conundrum is removed entirely.

Bingo. Otherwise, you become the crazy cat lady of the world. Thats Germany's job.

Could not give a watery shite.
They are in this situation because their POS parent(s) either a) brought them with them while they were breaking the law by entering the US illegally; or, b) they sent them unaccompanied. They are living a better quality of life than they did in their shithole country while being "held."
I am tired of the USA being a sucker.
I am FOR sovereignty, and the robust protection of that sovereignty by the entity CONSTITUTIONALLY TASKED with protecting it.

But previous administrations criminally prosecuted undocumented border crossers without force separating families. You just want to ignore the fact that the specific policy change is to take the kids. That policy is immoral and must stop.
Are you capable of telling the truth?

I really don't care. I get up every day and go to work to take care of myself and my family. If I knew that doing something would immediately cause separation from my family, I wouldn't do it.
I also find it particularly interesting that people have all the resources needed to traverse the entire country of Mexico looking well-fed and not much the worse for wear, but they are all bitching about the U.S. not giving them asylum. Methinks it's not really asylum they are seeking.
