Steve Wiltfong just put in a CB for 4* CB Joey Porter Jr. (son of former Pittsburgh Steeler LB) to LSU
Spiegs just put in a CB for Emery to the cow bells.
I know its early and all but damn losing Emery to the moo moos will hurt. Hopefully if he makes that decision our season and pitch can change his mind.

Yeah, he's the one I said the other day was who we were aiming high for that 4th spot. Right now you're looking at a possible class of Stingley, Hampton, Porter, and Bush. Tell me that ain't a damn haul for 1 class.

Rumors been swirling for a while now if Emery does commit somewhere on his bday early next month it would be to MSU, they have really sold him on being the workhorse there and the next Barkley

Man that sucks. I wish we could still get him, BUT IF he were to sign with Mississippi State, if we could get Cain as a result, I would be fine with that. I would be pretty pissed if we miss on both of them though.

Kind of interesting that we had the son of Karl Malone, now have the son of Randy Moss and have offered the sons of Deon Sanders and Joey Porter. Looks like we are collecting the sons of HOF'ers.

Emery is going to go to MSU and it just goes to show you how poor this staff is at selling stuff in recruiting. They need to do a better job or they're going to lose quite a bit of talent in Louisiana this year.
There's absolutely no excuse for LSU to not have their pickings at RB. How fricking hard can it be to sell you'll be the next Guice, Faulk, Jeremy Hill, Fournette and the billion other long line of great RBs LSU had lmao? That and CB should be positions you never have to worry about just snatching blue chippers up every year. Yet, right now on the roster it's the 2 weakest positions and they're about to lose an elite homegrown talent to MSU of all places. Great Job O and company. Keep the borders up. We comin.

U know Porter will be a hard worker and a good kid. Y’all remember the controversy I think he was doing interviews for the Super Bowl one year. when he said if his kids got a precipitation trophy he would throw it away. His kids would earn every Trophy they got.

No disrespect to the kid but not really. We will end up with a top 5 class and Cain and Davis would be a fantastic haul.
